A good unit. It does get hot quick. It's easy to clean. It can be a challenge to load near the bottom of the "Dugout" due to gripping the spring loaded cleaning mechanism, pushing and twisting.

This bat works real good in getting rid of the ash, doesn't need a poker. Just push it and the ash falls out. Does get hot fast but learning to live with it. Heavy duty and very nice product.
