After you view our prices and experience our service, we encourage you to browse other sites out there with similar selections. We're certain that you will be coming back and placing your trust with us.

  1 Percent has over 500 hard to find smoking accessories to choose from, many at a lower price than your local Shop (if you have one)! This includes Hemp goods, Glass Art, Vaporizers, over 100 of the finest Rolling Papers, Classic hand pipes and replacement parts that always seem to break or get lost at the worst times; all available at wholesale to retail stores around the world.

How to Purchase
  1. Browse through the pages and check out all we have to offer.

  2. Click the Add To Cart button next to the product you wish to place in your Cart.

  3. Place your order.
    When you are ready to place your order, click the Check Out button. Choose a payment type. You will be prompted to enter information to complete your order. Press the Submit button when you have entered all the information correctly.

You know your order has been accepted when the screen says "Order Accepted". You will also receive an e-mail with the details of your order. If there was a problem submitting your order don't hesitate to contact us or just resubmit the info again with a small note. All orders are processed by a live person so there is no chance that you would be charged twice. If we have any questions regarding your order we will contact you before processing it. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email complete with your tracking number.

We also accept mail and phone orders.

3 ways to order

1. ONLINE: The easiest and fastest way to order. Simply use the online ordering system, use the secure payment server, completely fill out the order form, and prepare to enjoy your new lifestyle accessories.

2. MAIL: After completing and submitting the online form send the printed (or hand copied) order form generated online, with payment made out to 1P to the address featured on your receipt (also in confirmation email)

3. TELEPHONE: Just dial 800-930-4367 to reach a live person. International customers call (347) 394-3904. There are representatives available Monday through Friday, between 11am and 6:00pm EST. At other times you may leave a name, number and a time to reach you, and a representative will return your call. Note: For all orders placed over the phone there is a slight delay for the order to enter the system and some specials may not be available.

ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED 2pm EST Mon-Fri. Order are received usually within 5 - 7 business days if all items are in stock (each product has specific information on availability). Orders ship Mon-Fri (minus US holidays). Adult Signature Required for delivery.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes due to shipper policies. Please feel free to call and make alternate arrangements if USPS is not available for the items in your order (i.e. Hold for pickup, delivery to work, college dorms, etc.).



Methods of Payment

  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for payment online for all US orders (incl debit cards w/Mastercard or Visa logo). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, and American Express for payment online for orders to Canada, Australia and the EU. For all other International retail orders we only accept American Express at this time. US customers can choose the check/money order option and send us the printable order form with a Money Order or Check in US Funds. Do Not Send Cash!

  Your credit card is processed when we receive your order to check its validity. We process it and may call the issuing bank to verify address, name, and age. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations. The transferring of your credit card information is safely handled by our secure server. If you would like your order shipped to a location other than the address listed on your credit card, the address must be listed with your credit card company (Their 800 number is on the back of your credit card). For your added protection, we go beyond the required credit card validation process. We verify both "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses with credit card banks when processing orders. If your "Ship To" address is different than your "Bill To" address, please contact your credit card bank to add your "Ship To" information to their files as a note, comment or alternate shipping address. This will allow us to send your order to our warehouse for processing.

  We do not accept orders which are e-mailed to us. You must complete the order form and then inform us as to the method of payment. Do not send credit card numbers through email as this is very insecure.

Money Order/Check Payment Info

  We accept money orders and checks from US customers. Follow the procedure below:

  • Browse the selection and select Check Out when you've made your selections.
  • Select the Order by Check Option when checking out.
  • Note the total including the proper Shipping and Handling Charges (any incorrect order amounts will be returned to you)
  • Mail your money order or check along with the signed, printed (or handwritten) order form to the address listed on your receipt (also in confirmation email)

  • Money orders must be in US funds.
  • Personal Checks will take an extra 14 days to process as they must clear our bank. Use money-orders whenever possible (anonymous and can be found at 7-11, grocery stores & the US post office). All payments must be payable to "1 Percent".

  • PayPal Payment Info

      We are not accepting PayPal at this time. This is due to PayPal's policy regarding tobacco accessories.

     



    Security - Is It Safe?

    There's a lot of talk about whether shopping on the Internet is safe. The main concern of on-line shoppers is that their credit card info will somehow end up in the wrong hands.

    We use Secure Commerce Server technology, which encrypts your order information between your web browser and our credit card processor, keeping it private and protected. It's a technology called "SSL" (Secure Sockets Layer) and it's used by 1 Percent as well as all the other major commercial shopping sites, including: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Microsoft and your bank. It is actually safer to transmit your credit card info over the Internet (with the proper security measures like we implement) than it is to use your credit card around town. There is no chance of someone finding your receipt in the trash or listening in on a phone line.

    Your private info is never revealed over any insecure internet connection and payment info is transmitted direct to our credit card processor. The secure connection is indicated by your browser. We do not have access to this information.

    What most people don't realize is that shopping with your credit card is more secure than paying by check. In the event that there is a problem with your purchase, the credit card company will remove the purchase from your bill and the on-line merchant is not paid. If your credit card number is stolen, the credit card companies do not hold you responsible for any unauthorized purchases. Furthermore, 1 Percent never stores your credit information to prevent the chance of identity theft in the unlikely event our systems are ever compromised. Our servers are scanned daily by Verisign to ensure that the limited information stored in our system is always secure.


    Order Processing

      Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 4:00 PM EST (1:00 PM PST). For example: if you placed your order at 12:00 PM EST on Monday, we would process your order that day, and normally ship all in-stock items later that afternoon. If you placed your order at 5:00 PM Friday, it may not be processed until Monday, with in-stock items shipping same day. We will always send you a tracking number as soon as it ships so you can track your order's progress. Generally you can expect orders in 2-5 business days nationwide. During peak times of the year this may take slightly longer but generally we strive to keep you informed and complete your order as quickly as possible.

      Most orders are shipped from a New York, USA fulfillment center.


    Availability

    All items on the pages are ones that we currently stock. Some items are more popular than others though and might be out of stock at the time of your order. This isn't a big problem since we receive new shipments every week. Specific product availability is located on every product page.

    If you do not see an item you seek listed on the pages, don't hesitate to contact us about it. Many times we stock additional items not listed or can special order just about anything.

    Backordered Items

    If your order contains Backordered items it is maintained for 20 days. Once backordered items are available your complete order ships via the chosen carrier. If backordered items will take longer than 20 days we will contact you.

      Any items that can not be filled within 20 days are canceled with your approval, and we notify you by e-mail or phone.


    Shipping

      US Shipping

      Shipping charges within the United States are calculated and presented before payment is requested. This includes the continental 48 states. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Almost all US orders are shipped by way of UPS Ground. If you have a box address, please try and provide an alternate street address for us to deliver to. Not all products ship by USPS in the continental US so please contact us if there is a special situation.

     



    International Shipping

      1 Percent ships orders around the world. Remember that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. We must place a green customs sticker on all international orders. This sticker lists the contents with the appropriate description to ensure problem free customs. We must fill in the value of the order on this sticker. We can not declare an incorrect value on your shipment and we generally do not ship retail orders that are for more than $300.

      If you have any questions about your area of the world you can add an item to the Shopping Cart and generate a fairly accurate shipping estimate if your country is listed in the Shipping Calculator. Once an order is received you will be notified before processing your order if the actual amount for shipping is different. Discounted USPS Priority Mail International, UPS and TNT Express rates are available to many countries around the world and we ship a very large number of packages internationally without issue every month.


     


     

    Returns

      1 Percent believes in prompt and courteous customer service. In the event that an order has broken products please report the damage within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. Simply contact us and one of our representatives will provide instructions and handle the claim. If a damaged delivery is not reported within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise we will not be able to honor any claim. Once a product has been used 1 Percent can not replace or exchange merchandise. Please inspect your complete order before using any items (using a product does not negate manufacturer warranties against defect)

      If a customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from 1 Percent and the item has not been used it may be returned for a credit less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs or exchanged for another item (customer pays shipping only). All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of delivery. 1 Percent will honor any lost or never received order with proper documentation of non delivery and confirmed receipt of sale. This is covered by insurance that is placed on every order. If you have any concerns, comments, or questions about the 1 Percent return policy or with to initiate a return, please contact us. Once a product has been used 1 Percent can not replace or exchange merchandise. Please inspect your complete order before using any items.

     


     

    Environmental Policy

      1 Percent carefully considers the ecological aspects of our operation. In general this means that we keep our packaging to a minimum, using 100% recycled paper products and recycling everything here. This includes re-using our incoming boxes and producing packaging material from recycled newspapers and shredded office paper (which is 100% tree-free too). Our entire US office and warehouse generates less than one can of actual garbage a week.
