Sifting parts are used for both filtering impurities and for capturing the essence of herbs and flowers (pollen) for holistic applications. Standard (removable) sifting screen is 60 mesh stainless steel. The depth above the screen is 3/4".
Kannastor herb grinders are manufactured with hand polished 61/60 aircraft grade aluminum with an anodized grinding chamber for durability. Each grinder also includes carry bag with drawstring and a magnetic closure.

I don't know how I ever did without one of these. This grinder is very well made, seems practically indestructible, eliminates a lot of waste and does it's job very well. I thought it was a bit pricey but after using it awhile, I've changed my mind. It was a good buy!

Very well designed and properly machined grinder. The teeth are thick and sharp and the larger holes allow seeds to fall through without getting ground up in your herb. I like that I'm able to change the screen as well. It could be of finer mesh though.
