Dugout Necessity

Great price, and they're WAY better than metal one-hitters. The taste is a huge improvement, it does look a little less realistic, but other than that it's perfect. Really easy to keep clean, too!

Safer than Aluminum!

Like other reviewers said it has an excellent taste, although it does get hot fast. Considering buying a backup and one for fiancé. Fits nicely into an altoid tin making it a perfect stash pipe. The quartz is a lot better than aluminum or tin/ metal pipes that contain LEAD! And again I mention the better taste.

Definitely an upgrade worth getting

I replaced the aluminum/metal bat that came with my dugout with this quartz bat. I bought several extras after I dropped one on linoleum and it broke in half. Caution, however, when getting to the last draws -- ash and/or hot matter can get sucked through. I've learned to avoid this, usually, by aiming the end in my mouth "toward my cheek" so it does go right down my throat (unlike the first time I used one of these and got a hot coal -- they forgot to warn me about that! HaHa)

Love this little thing, I got a dugout from a shop with the worst aluminum bat and hits from it would taste awful. Read up on quartz glass and made this purchase asap. Dont regret it, stays kool and my herbs taste amazing.

I got this to replace the metal bat that came with my dugout. I loved it so much I bought another one just in case mine ever breaks. It doesn't get as hot as the metal one which was my only complaint about the metal one. Definitely an upgrade worth getting!

Great one hitter for sneaky solo dolo

Much better than the metal/aluminum alternative. You can actually taste your herb! You may get some scooby snacks your first few times using it, but that can be avoided if you don't pull ur hits through. One pack is a good hit, if you're getting 2 or 3 hits out of a pack, its too much. Take it all in at once. This is some good shit right here. I stand by and will recommend this product 100%.

This is an awesome product. I really like it compared to the metal bat as it has a much cleaner taste and heats up much slower than aluminum. The down side of this product, the reason it's 4 not 5, is that it breaks pretty easily. I dropped it one night while using it and though it was my fault, it is very fragile and not paying attention can lead to it being broken. I'll definitely be buying a new one though!

Excellent 1% Product

The taste through Quartz Bat beats the Aluminum Bat that comes with Dugout the only thing i don't like is it gets very hot, but then what bat doesn't, the clean taste makes up for the heat, I usually need just one hit anyway.

Hilarious

I love this little thing at parties. My friends get a kick out of it just because they know it sucks. You do get one or two hits off of it before it burns and sends ash into your mouth. If you're looking for something cheap to give a friend though get it.

WAAAY Better taste!

You just don't get that pure taste when u smoke out of aluminum one hitters. Quartz/porcelain one-hitters is the only way 2 go if you a taste guy like me and Buy nothing But top quailty strains, also insures u git the first hit every time because of the small size of the Bowl (which is also a + if you're a taste guy)

This is a great replacement for the standard metal bat. Just make sure you or your friends don't drop it on cement or rocks. I like how the tip lights up when you smoke. I bought one as a gift and one for myself.

Gets VERY HOT on the business end!

This is the first glass bat I've owned. The only complaint I have is that it gets really HOT at the fire end! Be careful, it could take skin off!

It worked as advertised. Just buy a few if your going outside near cement. Lost mine to a drunk who dropped it. But it worked out he gave 20 for it. So 2 more bats for me.

The Only Way To Go

The glass bat is so far superior to the metal that there is no comparison. They do tend to break now and then - I go through two to three a year, so I buy them three at a time. It is worth it.

Cool to the Touch

Much cooler than a metal bat. The end is sharp enough to make packing with a dugout a breeze. The "filter" part is a light brown sticker and can be easily removed if desired. I stopped using the metal bats I have once I got this.

This is the bat of the future. It is a major improvement over the usual aluminum and brass numbers. My only criticism is that it could be a tad longer to accommodate easier access from the dugout.

These ceramic bats are terrific! Simple, easy to keep clean (just a little alcohol and a pipe stem cleaner....2 minutes to spotless).....and, most importantly, the cool the smoke due to the ceramic's ability to absorb and dissipate heat so easily. These are a vast improvement over the metal bats included with most dugouts. These are a must if you value your throat and lungs and prefer a cool and tasty smoke.
