Silver coated Japanese style coals from Sultan. Each stick breaks into 4 smaller pieces. Clean to handle and easier to light than natural coals with a light amount of ash. No taste/smell when smoking (burn off silver coating prior to use). These take a little longer to light than the "quick lite" coals but worth the effort.
